It is forbidden to do things in this ceremony, one of which is Surma (Arabic: کُحْل, romanized: kuḥl). There is disagreement among jurists about the use of Surma by a person in Iḥrām during Hajj. The origin of this difference is the narrations and how to interpret them; because in some narrations, the absolute use of Surma has been prohibited, and in other narrations, only black Surma has been prohibited, and the prohibition of Surma in some other narrations is conditionally for the purpose of decoration, and finally, another group of narrations has forbidden the aroma (being fragrant) of Surma. The different types of using Surma and the different assumptions presented in the narrations have caused the words of the jurists to be less orderly in expressing its ruling. The purpose of this article is to categorize the different assumptions of using Surma and examine the views expressed in each assumption and explain its ruling. Well-known (dominant) Imami jurists have generally considered it ḥarām (forbidden) to apply Surma for a person in Iḥrām and have mentioned it as an independent ḥarām along with other prohibitions (forbidden acts) of Iḥrām. It is clear that this dominant (well-known) view can be weakened by examining the narrations of Surma, and there is nothing wrong with using Surma during Iḥrām, and in fact, what has prevented the use of Surma is its aroma (being fragrant) or the intention to use it as an ornament (decoration, to embellish), each of which is an independent and different matter from the nature of using Surma. Therefore, there is no need to mention Surma independently as a ḥarām among the other prohibitions of Iḥrām.}, keywords = {Surma,Black Surma,Decoration (to embellish),Iḥrām,Ṭīb (Arabic: طیب,perfume)}, title_fa = {بررسی حکم استفاده از سرمه توسط شخص محرم در فقه امامیه}, abstract_fa = {مراسم حج، احکام و دستورات ویژه‌ای دارد. در این مراسم از انجام اموری نهی به عمل آمده که سرمه کشیدن یکی از آن‌هاست. میان فقها درباره استفاده از سرمه توسط شخص محرم در مراسم حج اختلاف‌نظر وجود دارد. ریشه این اختلاف به روایات و چگونگی برداشت از آن‌ها برمی‌گردد؛ چرا که در روایاتی از استفاده از مطلق سرمه نهی شده و در روایاتی دیگر تنها سرمۀ سیاه مورد نهی قرار گرفته و در پاره‌ای دیگر از روایات، نهی از سرمه مشروط به قصد زینت گردیده است و بالاخره دسته دیگری از روایات معطر بودن سرمه را قید حرمت قرار داده‌اند. حالت‌های مختلفِ استفاده از سرمه و فروض مختلف مطروحه در روایات، باعث شده است که کلمات فقها نیز در مورد بیان حکم آن، از نظم چندانی برخوردار نباشد.هدف این نوشتار، دسته‌بندی فروض مختلف استفاده از سرمه و بررسی دیدگاه‌های مطرح در هر فرض و تبیین حکم آن است. مشهور فقهای امامیه به طور کلی سرمه کشیدن را برای محرم حرام دانسته و آن را در کنار بقیه محرمات احرام به عنوان یک حرام مستقل ذکر کرده‌اند. از بررسی روایات سرمه به دست می‌آید که این نظر مشهور قابل خدشه است و استفاده از سرمه در حال احرام فی حدّ ذاته اشکالی ندارد و در واقع آنچه موجب نهی از استفاده از سرمه شده است، معطر بودن یا قصد زینت از آن است که هر یک از این دو مورد، موضوع مستقل و متفاوت با ذات استفاده از سرمه است. بنابراین، نیازی به ذکر سرمه به طور مستقل به عنوان یک حرام در شمار بقیه محرمات احرام نیست.}, keywords_fa = {سرمه,سرمه سیاه,زینت,احرام,طیب}, url = {https://jwd.razavi.ac.ir/article_1416.html}, eprint = {https://jwd.razavi.ac.ir/article_1416_3592a5e2a21cbb15f62162daa2164275.pdf} }
