It is emphasized by the holy Quran itself and the prophetic manner and Ahl al-Bayt (Arabic: أهل البیت). It is so important that is of the essential of the daily prayers and the other prayers, the obligatory prayers, Supererogatory prayers (Arabic: نوافل) and the recommended prayers. There is no doubt in this matter. The question is whether the recitation of the holy Quran is obligatory worship alongside the other worships or it is recommended outside of prayers or it is a recommended activity and the accountable has no duty in reciting the holy Quran except for reciting Surah al-Hamd (Arabic: سورة الحمد, سورة الفاتحة al-Fātiḥah) and another Surah (Arabic: سورة a chapter of the holy Quran) or a part of surah in prayers. The author aims to determine that the recitation of the holy Quran has an obligatory ruling outside of prayers (the main issue of the research). This issue is investigated in a narrative-descriptive method and with utilizing the Quranic and hadith sources (the method of research) to be revealed that one of factors for removing the negligence and isolation of the holy Quran is paying enough attention to recite it necessarily and officially (the motivation of the research). What the author has achieved is the obligation (compulsory) of reciting 50 verse of the holy Quran outside of prayers in the obligatory form. <em>یکی از مسائل مبتلابه جامعه مسلمانان از عصر رسول‌اللّٰه تا امروز، قرائت قرآن است که مورد تأکید خود قرآن و سنت نبوی و سیره وَلَوی بوده است. این مسئله چنان اهمیت دارد که به عنوان یکی از اجزاء نمازهای یومیه و غیر یومیه، نمازهای واجب، نوافل و نیز نمازهای مستحب می‌باشد و در این موضوع جای شک و تردید نیست. سخن در این است که آیا قرائت قرآن در بیرون از نماز نیز به</em><em> </em><em>عنوان یک عبادت واجب در کنار دیگر عبادات وجود دارد یا اینکه تنها یک عمل مستحبی است و مکلفان به استثنای قرائت حمد و سوره و یا قسمتی از سوره در نماز، هیچ وظیفه‌ای در برابر قرائت قرآن ندارند؟  نویسنده در این مقاله در صدد آن است تا تبیین کند که قرائت قرآن در خارج از نماز نیز مشمول حکم وجوبی است (مسئله اصلی پژوهش). این مسئله با روش نقلی ـ تحلیلی و با استفاده از مصادر قرآنی و روایی (روش پژوهش) مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد تا معلوم شود که یکی از عوامل رفع محجوریت قرآن، توجه کافی به قرائت آن به صورت رسمی و الزامی است (انگیزه پژوهش). ضمناً آنچه نویسنده بدان رسیده است، وجوب قرائت قرآن بیرون از نماز به نحو وجوبی به میزان حداقل پنجاه آیه در شبانه روز است (داده پژوهش).</em> https://jwd.razavi.ac.ir/article_1706_6bc96375c850e75694343f0272f4cd20.pdf
