In all cases in where the obligor is bound to pray, completely but he/she prays as broken, whether he ignores the law or subject and/or he forgets or performs the same, deliberately, his/her prayer is invalid. But, some believes that this precept has an exception and it is when a person intends to stay in a place for 10 days, therefore if a person who resides in a place for 10 days prays as broken, wrongly and by ignorance of law, instead of complete prayer, some jurists believe that his prayer is valid. The authors of this article studied the different aspects of the subject and scrutinized three opinions following the said exception, and without distinction among persons residing for 10 days and otherwise, they believe the invalidity of prayer.
The selective opinion of the authors is relied on rejecting the evidence of opponents and indicating their opinion.
