This research aims to extract and explain the practical model of jurisprudence of approximation in the field of worship from the perspective of Ayatollah Mohammad Vaezzadeh Khorasani. The present article, using a descriptive-analytical method based on a library study and content analysis of his works, seeks to answer the fundamental question: What is Ayatollah Vaezzadeh's model and method in managing and approximating jurisprudential differences between Islamic schools of thought in the field of prayer and fasting? The findings show that his method is based on four methodological principles: distinguishing between fundamental and minor differences, prioritizing the interest of the unity of the nation over minor differences, returning to commonalities and the objectives of the Sharia, and utilizing the customs and behavior of the wise. The application of these principles in instances such as the permissibility of following the Sunnis, accepting their testimony in the crescent moon sighting, and unity in announcing the time for breaking the fast and the rituals of Hajj show that their threefold method (reducing sensitivity, emphasizing commonalities, and presenting flexible jurisprudential readings) provides a practical model for practical approximation in the most sensitive areas of worship.
