چکیده
انسان به این لحاظ که موجودی اجتماعی و مدنی بالطبع میباشد، ناگزیر از زندگی اجتماعی است، اما ناگفته روشن است که تضاد منافع در اجتماع، بروز اصطکاک و چالشهای اجتماعی زیادی را اجتنابناپذیر میکند که ممکن است جامعه را ناامن کند و آسایش لازم را از جامعه سلب نماید. شریعت مقدس اسلام که سخت به این بعد از ابعاد زندگی پیروان خود توجه دارد، با توجه به بروز خطر و چالشهای مشکلآفرین در زندگی اجتماعی بسترهای کارآمد فراهم آورده و در مقابله با خطرات احتمالی در جامعه راهکارهایی مؤثر ارائه داده است. یکی از این بسترها دستور به برگزاری اجتماع هفتگی در قالب نماز جمعه است تا خطبای جمعه که مورد اعتماد جامعه میباشند، از طریق تریبون عمومی بتوانند مردم را به اجرای قوانین و اطاعت از دستورات الهی توصیه نمایند و زیانهای قانونشکنی و نافرمانی از دستورات اجتماعی اسلام را که بروز مفاسد را اجتنابناپذیر میکند، گوشزد نمایند، اما اینکه مشکل چیست و مفاسد اجتماعی کدامند؟ و امامان جمعه در راستای رسالت سنگین خود، در مقابله با این مفاسد چه وظایفی دارند و در چه بستری میتوانند با این مفاسد مبارزه کنند، دو پرسش اساسی است که این نوشته با بهرهگیری از منابع فقهی و با شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی توانسته است این پرسشها را پاسخ دهد و به این نتیجه دست یافته که امامان جمعه در مبارزه و مقابله با مفاسد اجتماعی نقش برجسته و بارزی دارند و این وظیفهای است که فقه بر اساس آموزههای قرآنی و روایی بر عهده آنان نهاده است.

چکیده [English]
Since man is a social and civil being by nature, he is bound to live in society, but it goes without saying that the conflict of interests in society inevitably leads to many social frictions and challenges that may make society insecure and deprive it of the necessary comfort. The holy law of Islam, which pays close attention to this aspect of the lives of its followers, has provided effective platforms in view of the emergence of dangers and problematic challenges in social life and has presented effective solutions to confront potential dangers in society. One of these platforms is the order to hold a weekly gathering in the form of Friday prayers so that Friday preachers who are trusted by society can, through a public platform, advise people to implement the laws and obey the divine commands and point out the harms of breaking the law and disobeying the social commands of Islam, which makes the emergence of corruption inevitable. But what is the problem and what are the social corruptions? And what duties do Friday imams have in confronting these corruptions in line with their heavy mission, and in what context can they fight against these corruptions? These are two questions that this article answers by utilizing jurisprudential sources and using a descriptive-analytical method, and has reached the conclusion that Friday imams have a prominent role in combating and confronting social corruptions, and this is a duty that jurisprudence has assigned to them based on Quran and hadith.
